Of Reel Screamin Barra Fishing

  1. Terms and Conditions
    1. Reel Screamin Barra Fishing has a strict no drugs policy on board our vessel. If drugs are found to be on board, the trip will be cancelled with no refund.
    1. Alcohol is permitted on board the vessel, however responsible consumption of alcohol is requested. 
    1. Reel Screamin Barra Fishing reserves the right to refuse alcohol on board if they deem it to be unsafe and refuse a passenger entry on board the vessel if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
    1. Reel Screamin Barra Fishing reserves the right to cancel the trip, with payment forfeited, if any unruly or unsafe behaviour is displayed.
    1. All passengers under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    1. Passengers engage in the activity at their own risk and acknowledge that Reel Screamin Barra Fishing may not be held accountable for any personal injury.
    1. Reel Screamin Barra Fishing may not be held accountable for any personal items lost or damaged during the charter.
    1. Fishing rods and reels are supplied on a replace if lost or broken basis
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Extended bookings require a 10 % deposit to confirm. Any cancellations more than 30 days prior to the booking date will forfeit the 10% deposit.
    • Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the booking date.
    • Cancellations within 30 days are to be discussed with Reel Screamin Barra Fishing.
    • No refund will apply to cancellations within 48 hours of departure.
    • Reel Screamin Barra Fishing will reschedule your charter free of charge in the case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. If you are unable to attend another charter, Reel Screamin Barra Fishing will refund the full amount if we must cancel due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
    • All charters are subject to weather conditions and we reserve the right to cancel and or alter the itinerary of any trip due to bad weather.
    • No refund will apply if the vessel returns earlier than stated at the time of booking.
  • SAFETY
    • Instructions or advice given by the Guide on matters of safety must be observed by all passengers on board and passengers must, at all times, take all reasonable precautions for their own and others safety.
    • The guide does not accept any liability for any accident or injury incurred by any passenger on board the vessel engaged in fishing, angling, sightseeing, photography, filming, whilst in transit or similar activities, caused by the actions of any other passenger on board howsoever occurring.
  • INSURANCE
    • Reel Screamin Barra Fishing recommends that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover, at the time of booking. The insurance will protect the passengers against an emergency that may cause a passenger to cancel their tour or leave their tour whilst on tour.
  • MEDICAL / DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
    • Reel Screamin Barra Fishing caters for all meals whilst on tour. Any passengers with special dietary needs must inform Reel Screamin Barra Fishing at the time  of final payment.
    •  It is the responsibility of the passengers to inform Reel Screamin Barra Fishing of any medical requirements prior to departure. All passengers are responsible for their own medication.
  • LIABILITY
    • Reel Screamin Barra Fishing takes no responsibility for any injuries sustained to passengers or damage to personal property, whilst boarding the vessel, for the duration of the tour, or disembarking from the vessel unless such injury is caused by the wilful neglect of the owner or its employees. Passengers board the vessel at their own risk.
  • PHOTOGRAPHY
    • Reel Screamin Barra Fishing may take photographs on the vessel and publish the photographs on the website or in television or written media advertising for promotional purposes. Please advise Reel Screamin Barra Fishing if you do not wish any photographs to be taken for such purposes.
